The Vortex is an iconic bar in Little Five Points that have been around since the early ninties.

One of our favorite places to hang out is The Vortex Bar & Grill. It’s known for its burgers you can’t go wrong with their signature “Vortex burger” (a ground beef patty topped with bacon, cheddar cheese and an onion ring).

Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site

If you’re looking for a place to learn more about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., this is the place to go.

The Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park in Atlanta, Georgia encompasses about 35 acres and consists of several locations related to the life and work of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr.

If you’re looking for something to do in Little Five Points, the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site is a must-see.

This national park preserves the home where Dr. King and his family lived during the Civil Rights Movement. It’s located on Auburn Avenue, which was once known as “Sweet Auburn” because of its thriving African American business district.

The park offers a number of different tours that tell stories about Dr. King’s life and work, as well as about other important figures from the Civil Rights Movement era such as Rosa Parks, Ralph Abernathy, and Coretta Scott King.

The National Center for Civil and Human Rights is a must-see if you’re in Atlanta.

You can learn about the movement through interactive exhibits, films, and more and even get in on the action yourself!

The center is located right on Auburn Avenue in Little Five Points, which makes it easy to explore other shops and restaurants while you’re there!

Piedmont Park

If you want to spend a day outdoors and away from the city, Piedmont Park is the place to go.

Piedmont Park is a large urban park at the center of Atlanta. It’s situated between the Midtown and Virginia Highland neighborhoods, about 1 mile northeast of Downtown.

Dr. Benjamin Walker originally owned the property and used it as his gentleman’s farm and residence while he was out of town.

Piedmont Park is a beautiful place to spend a day in Atlanta. It has a great view of the skyline, and it’s known as one of the best places to be on a summer evening. There are tons of restaurants, shops, and museums that surround itso you can get your culture fix while sitting under a tree.

The park has many walking trails where you can enjoy beautiful views of trees and wildlife. You can also rent bikes and ride around the park if you want a more active experience.
